“ Food, especially the Siesta Key pizza, are top notch. Service is prompt and courteous, even when busy. Hours are also great for those getting off of work at 2:00am. There is only one thing I would change, and that is the use of bleach. It's been noticiable on my experiences. I have worked in the food service industry since my teens. I know that it is used for sterilization, and Origin's is very clean. I would offer this suggestion to any restaurant; bleach cleans but does not evaporate. When people put it down, they rarely remove it afterwards. Vinegar works just as well if left for 20 minutes and does evaporate, but is not pleasant to smell so it would only be practical after closing. One of the best things that I've learned while bussing and washing is to use a bar towel soaked and wrung with the sanitizing liquid used in a 3 sink wash system. Great for wiping surfaces inside and out, leaves no odor. Thanks. ”

But what really made the visit unforgettable was Alexa, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. “ Outside of Italy, this is my favorite pizza place!! The toppings, the crust, and the flavors are all so delicious! have been 5 times now, and every time, the pizza has been excellent! My family and I have particularly enjoyed the ER (meat lovers), the Barber Shop, the breakfast pizza, and a grilled chicken and pepperoni pizza with hot wing sauce. The wing sauce is delicious too! In fact, I asked if it was available for purchase, but sadly it is not. I highly recommend this place if you are hunting a delicious meal, a nice variety of craft beer to choose from, great service, and a chill atmosphere! ”
